This is something you might be asking if you think you have BPD or have noticed some changes in a friend, partner or family member that you can’t quite explain. In truth, there are far too many symptoms of BPD to name them all here, but we do at least know the main ones and you often find all the others somehow fit into those main categories of symptoms.

To be at least initially diagnosed for BPD you need to show signs of at least 5 of those symptoms.
